DESCRIPTION:Employment Solutions is Co-Hosting a Job Fair with YMCA of Niagara this time with the Home Depot in Niagara Falls and St.Catharines.  Available positions include:  \n\nSales Associate\nCashier\nLot Associate\n\nHome Depot on a Virtual Career Fair on Tuesday March 23rd from 1-3pm. \n\nCandidates must be at least 18 years old\nCSA boots needed\nMust be available for a minimum of 20/hours a week\, agree to 2 closing shifts a week\, open availability on the weekend\nPolice Clearance needed for over night shift\nDIY knowledge not needed although an asset\nCustomer Service is top priority\nInterviewers will ask…what department you’d like to work in. It’s important to know which one(s) and why\nTake time to research the website\, candidates will be asked about the Home Depot values and how they embrace these values\n\nMinimum Requirements to Work at Home Depot \nMost positions that are posted for seasonal workers are contract positions (90 to 120 day contracts).  There may be some part-time permanent positions posted as well.  Permanent part-time associates do receive benefits based on  part-time status. \nRequirements for Overnight positions: \n\nMust be 18 years of age\nAble to work nights from 10:00pm to 7:00am\nMust be able to lift 50lbs.\nMust be able to provide your own CSA approved steel toed boots\nMinimum wage plus 10% premium for working nights\n\nRequirements for Customer Facing Positions (Cashiers\, Lot Associates\, Sales Associates): \n\nMust be 18 years of age\nAvailable to work two closing shifts per week\nOpen availability on weekends\nCan work a minimum of 20 hours/week (20 plus hours/week)\nMust be able to provide your own CSA approved steel toed boots\n\nRegistrations for the Job Fair can be booked here: https://ymcaofniagara.org/job_fair_registration/
