Job Description

Our company is currently seeking an Bookkeeper/Office Administrator to join our team! The position starts at approximately 10 hours weekly, with growth potential.

This position offers varied responsibilities daily and a very nice office environment. Candidates for this position are friendly, fun, energetic, self-motivated, and extremely detail oriented, with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Must have proficient command of technology and be computer savvy.

The administrative assistant will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, be motivated and hard-working, and have an exceptional phone manner.

Develop and implement organized filing systems
Perform all other office tasks
receiving deposits
Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
track income and expenses.
Compute and record numerical data
Check the accuracy of business transactions
Perform data entry and administrative duties
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments and events
Implement all lead generation systems on a daily basis in order to maximize prospect leads consistent with the appropriate marketing checklist.
Continue to build stronger relationships with all referral sources, past clients, and future clients in order to maximize client satisfaction and customer satisfaction rating
update records and forecast spending for the next month, quarter, or year

Experience Required

Previous experience in bookkeeping, real estate ,office administration, or other related field
Previous experience with lone wolf technology
Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
Familiarity with trust accounts
Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
