- Entrepreneur capable of running his or her SBU (Small Business Unit)
- Skillfully writes narrative responses for assigned RFP’s
- Acts as Cycoms’s ambassador to the customer satisfaction with identified strategic account customers
- Identifies potential sales opportunities. Nurtures customers relationship
- Ensures maximum correlation between customer needs and CYCOM solution/support services
- Position is home-based residing in the Niagara Region
- The position is Salary based + Commission
- Hands on experience with customer service
- An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
- Computer literate with workable knowledge to MS Office
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical and time-management skills
Graduate with 1-2 years sales/customer service experience
