  • Entrepreneur capable of running his or her SBU (Small Business Unit)
  • Skillfully writes narrative responses for assigned RFP’s
  • Acts as Cycoms’s ambassador to the customer satisfaction with identified strategic account customers
  • Identifies potential sales opportunities. Nurtures customers relationship
  • Ensures maximum correlation between customer needs and CYCOM solution/support services
  • Position is home-based residing in the Niagara Region
  • The position is Salary based + Commission

Skills Required

  • Hands on experience with customer service
  • An ability to grasp clients’ needs and to increase customer engagement
  • Computer literate with workable knowledge to MS Office
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and time-management skills


Experience Required

Graduate with 1-2 years sales/customer service experience
