Job Description

As a Senior Inside Sales Account Representative, you will support small and medium-sized businesses by helping them grow through effective social media advertising. This is a consultative, quota-driven sales role where you will work with existing advertisers to optimize campaigns, increase performance, and drive higher investment.
You will build long-term relationships with decision-makers, provide tailored advertising solutions, and act as a trusted advisor for digital marketing success.

Training & Schedule
• Training: 8 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM EST
• Post-Training Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
• Hours per Week: Approximately 35–44 hours
• Shifts: Assigned monthly based on performance metrics

 

Credentials Required

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (inside sales, digital marketing, or ad sales preferred)
• 4+ years of overall work experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Comfortable working in a quota-based, outbound sales environment

Skills Required

  • Preferred Qualifications & Skills
  • Inside sales experience with inbound and outbound calling
  • Experience in quota-driven or performance-based sales roles
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and online advertising
  • Excellent relationship-building and consultative selling skills
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities
  • Professional phone presence with a customer-focused mindset
  • Ability to multitask across multiple systems and platforms
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with North American clients is an asset
